Cancellation Policy

Default Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 1. Bookings All classes must be booked in advance through our online system. Spaces are limited to 12–20 per class depending on class type. Bookings open 14 days in advance and are first-come, first-served. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may not be admitted once the warm-up has begun. 2. Cancellations If you can’t attend, please cancel your spot as soon as possible to free it up for others. Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours before the class to avoid being marked as a late cancellation. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will affect your ability to book future classes. 3. Waitlist If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class and notified by email/app. Please only join the waitlist if you are confident you can attend, as normal cancellation rules apply once you are added. If you fail to attend a booked class twice in a 14-day period, your booking privileges may be temporarily restricted. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of your class booking rights. 4. Fair Use Policy Class-Only memberships are for unlimited classes, but we ask members to be considerate and avoid block-booking multiple classes they don’t plan to attend. NXT LVL Gym reserves the right to manage bookings to ensure fair access for all members. 5. Priority for all Members All-Access Members (Open Gym + Classes) and Class Only Members receive equal priority when booking classes.
