CANCELLATION POLICY

NXT LVL Gym offers the following membership options: - Monthly Rolling Memberships (billed every 30 days) - Day Passes - Class Add-Ons (for members) - Standalone Class Passes (available for non-members) Note: Class packs and other flexible options may be introduced in the future.

All monthly memberships are billed automatically every 30 days via direct debit or card payment. Payment is taken in advance for the upcoming period. Day passes and class passes are paid at the point of booking.

Memberships begin on the date of sign-up and first payment. Members will receive confirmation via email.

There is no joining fee for members who sign up during our first month of opening. A one-time joining fee may be introduced thereafter. This will be clearly communicated in advance.

Members may cancel their rolling membership at any time, with 7 days' notice before their next billing date. Cancellations must be made via your online account or in writing to: [Insert email address]. No partial refunds are provided for unused days after cancellation.

We do not currently offer membership freezes or pauses. If you have a medical or personal circumstance that prevents training, please contact us directly.

NXT LVL Gym reserves the right to make changes to membership pricing, class schedules, or services. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Memberships grant access to the gym during published open hours. Class access is only included if part of your membership package or if you hold a class pass. Misuse of membership access (e.g. sharing keycards) may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.

Members must be 16 years or older to purchase a standard membership. Children aged 10–15 may attend specific youth classes under supervision and with parental/guardian consent. All youth classes are covered under our insurance and led by qualified staff.
