Service Description

Hybrid Strength Club is capped at 6 participants to give you hands-on coaching, technique guidance, and structured progression. SGPT is planned over a 6 week cycle. The sessions include a variety of the following: - weight lifting / strength training - hybrid training elements - strength & conditioning - cardio & bodyweight work Over 6 weeks, you’ll:     •    Learn proper barbell technique and build real strength     •    Improve hybrid performance – conditioning, endurance, and functional movement     •    Get individual attention in a small group (max 6)     •    Progress through results-driven programming


Cancellation Policy

Booking:     •    All sessions are booked in advance.     •    You can secure your spot via payment in the gym facility or a secure payment link.     •    Drop-in sessions are subject to availability (max 6 participants).     •    Block bookings guarantee your place for the duration of the block. Block Options:     •    4-Week Block: 8 sessions     •    6-Week Block: 12 sessions     •    Booking a block secures your spot for all sessions in that block. Payment:     •    Payment must be made shortly after booking, either in the gym or via a secure payment link. You will be contacted after booking.     •    Drop-ins are paid per session before participating. Cancellations & Refunds:     •    Drop-in sessions: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee.     •    Block bookings: Spots are non-refundable, as they are reserved for the full block.     •    If a coach cancels a session, the session will be rescheduled or credited. Attendance & Conduct:     •    Maximum group size is 6 participants per session.     •    Members must follow coaching guidance and safety instructions.     •    Arrive on time and prepared to train (appropriate clothing, footwear, and hydration).     •    Not a class - you are part of a small-group, coached session; respect your coaches and fellow members.
