Cancellation Policy

Dopamine Lifting Club – Booking, Cancellation & Participation Policy 1. Session Details Session: Dopamine Lifting Club Day: Every Wednesday Time: 7:15pm–8:15pm Coach: Kilby Toogood Capacity: 16 spaces per session Member Price: £8 per session Non-Member Price: £10 per session Spaces are limited to 16 per session and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance through the designated booking system. Payment must be made on the day of the session before taking part. The £8 member price is available to current NXT LVL Gym members. The £10 price applies to non-members. 3. Cancellations If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible so the space can be made available to someone else. Repeated cancellations or failure to attend may affect your ability to book future sessions. 4. Physical Activity Questionnaire A Physical Activity Questionnaire must be completed before taking part in the Dopamine Lifting Club. Participants must provide accurate and relevant information on the questionnaire and inform the coach of anything that may affect their ability to participate safely. 5. Exercise & Personal Responsibility All exercises are performed at your own risk. Participants are responsible for working within their own ability and should inform the coach if they are unsure about an exercise or if they experience pain, dizziness, illness or any other issue during the session. The coach will provide instruction and guidance, but participants should use appropriate weights and exercise at a level suitable for their own ability. 6. Attendance & Punctuality Please arrive in sufficient time to be ready for the 7:15pm start. Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate if the session has already started or if joining late would compromise safety. 7. Fair Use Due to the limited capacity of 16 spaces, please only book a place if you intend to attend. NXT LVL Gym reserves the right to manage bookings and attendance to ensure the session remains fair and accessible to all participants. By booking and attending the Dopamine Lifting Club, participants confirm that they have read and understood these terms and agree to take part responsibly and at their own risk.
